We will print exactly what you send in. We do not create nor edit ads. All proofreading, quality control, resolution, photo quality, etc. is the responsibility of the party placing the item in our program. We are not responsible for ads printing incorrectly.

 Due to the vast number of different fonts, all fonts used MUST be embedded or outlined before sending us the final artwork. Failure to do this could result in an alternative style being substituted automatically.

We accept artwork as “print ready” only if it is in PDF. If the ad file is larger than 8 MB, please do not send the ad file via email as an attachment. If your file is larger than 8 MB, please email a link to download your Ad file from a cloud (Drop Box, WeTransfer). Make sure the file is properly set for sharing. Please submit digital artwork to info@IAAGH.org.

To ensure your files print clearly, all artwork, including images, must be supplied at a resolution of at least 300 DPI; anything lower than this may result in blurry, bitmapped, or pixilated print. Providing a high-resolution image of 300 DPI is the responsibility of the party placing the advertisement.

Bleed:  A bleed is used when any part of an image, background or color is to print to the very edges of your finished ad.


 Borders: When preparing your art, please do not place a border around the outside of your ad. When ad is inserted into the program book, a border will be placed at that time.

Professionally Printed Program Book size is 5.5” W x 8.5” H. Please refer to the sizes provided in the illustrations below. Ad images must be the correct dimensions. We cannot accept ads that are not submitted in the correct size. Artwork submitted with the incorrect size will be sent back to you to be corrected.
