Fairway Grace: The Arc of The Caddie focuses on a 280+ year journey that started in Charleston, South Carolina. This historic journey comprises three points in The Arc:
Genesis – Legacy – Horizon. And so, the journey continues…"
The Arc of The Caddie is a first-of-its-kind multi-media exhibition that breathes life into African American golf history, forging a powerful, dynamic connection between visitors and the objects on display.
As an immersive interpretation of a rich cultural history, this multi-sensory journey provides a powerful tool for deepening the audience’s engagement with a profound history, of the African American caddie, that spans more than two centuries.
To help ensure that these stories are never lost, the Institute of African American Golf History (IAAGH) educates and fosters a deep cultural awareness of this rich golf history, aiding in bridging inter-generational lines across all communities.

Bringing a different kind of experience to schools and community centers.
Tour sites will also include college and university campuses, community and golf events,
national conferences, and more.

Extraordinary life experiences that will immerse you into a cultural side of golf that has, since the late 1800s,
affected the sport of golf, and America's civil liberties.

An epic journey, that will have a profound positive impact of encouragement to rise above circumstances and excel beyond ones wildest expectations.
"I am humbled to be a part of this one-of-a-kind history making project, a history that I am privileged to be a part of. I hope our stories will inspire others to overcome barriers and achieve goals." — Jim Dent,12-time Champions Tour winner
